Most Crowded Ever!

PENANG – Cathay Cineplex was flooded early in the morning as the newly screened movie

“The Descent 2” has caught the attention of the public on the Merdeka Day this year.

Movie as early as 11 a.m. will be screened and early birds Merdeka specials were given as the movie tickets were sold for the price of RM 5.00 per ticket only.

Non-locals didn’t missed the chance to enjoy this early birds Merdeka specials as the special rate was opened to all people.

The movie “The Descent 2” was the continuation of “The Descent” which was screened few years back which caught public’s attention and they made it once again this year.

Lee Mei Sim, Motorola’s marketing executive, commented that it was a great movie and she wouldn’t want to miss the chance to watch this film with her family.

“We shared laughter, horror and screaming together.

“It is not easy to sit down and enjoy a movie together with people from different race that often.” Lee added.
